NEW CLIENTS: Following an Initial Assessment, we recommend booking 3–4 follow-up appointments spaced 1–3 weeks apart to support your progress and help you achieve the best treatment outcomes. Booking ahead helps secure your preferred appointment times in our schedule. Your therapist will work with you to adjust the timing of future appointments based on your individual needs & goals.

If you have booked with Kate before at another location, please feel free to select subsequent appointments and skip initial assessments.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations/missed appointments leave gaps in our therapists’ schedules that may have been offered to another patient.  Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be subject to the full appointment fee. To cancel or reschedule, please call, text, or email us.

DIRECT BILLING: We offer direct billing for TELUS Health eClaims (many extended health benefit plans), Sunlife, Greenshield. Please contact us to verify your coverage. Pacific Blue Cross & ICBC coming soon. We do not currently offer direct billing for other insurance providers. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service and can submit their receipt directly to their extended health insurer for reimbursement.

WORKSAFE: Please note we are not currently accepting WorkSafeBC claims.

PAPERLESS CLINIC: Calibrate Physiotherapy & Wellness operates as a paperless clinic. Receipts, intake forms, and other appointment-related documentation will be provided digitally and sent to you by email or through Jane’s secure messaging system.

WAITLIST: Feel free to add yourself to our waitlist when booking. If a spot opens up you’ll be notified via email or text.

Kate completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia, where she received the Evert Boxtart Memorial Award for completion of clinical education with distinction and community involvement. She previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University where she was also a member of the NCAA Women’s varsity soccer team.

Kate’s path into physiotherapy was shaped by her own experiences with sport-related injuries. Through her recovery, she developed a deep appreciation for the impact of thoughtful, individualized care and the importance of treating the body as an interconnected system. This perspective led her to pursue further training in the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) with Diane Lee, an approach that uses a regional interdependence framework to consider the relationships between different regions of the body to help identify the most effective starting point for treatment.

Kate continues to pursue post-graduate training in orthopaedics, manual therapy, pelvic health and movement-based rehabilitation. She is committed to ongoing education and professional development in order to continue to evolve her clinical approach to provide high-quality, evidence-informed, and individualized care.
